I am currently the head chef of the hospitality kitchen at RSM Robson Rhodes International, which is located In Finsbury Square, City of London.
I am responsible for all procurement of all commodities, stock take & recharges for the clients. I produce monthly seasonal menus, to budget, consisting of twelve starters, mains & desserts for fourteen dining rooms. With the addition of hot & cold buffets, working and sandwich lunches, finger food and canapé menus. I am also responsible for all the food preparation, cooking & presentation.
